Our ZEGO Domestic Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) HomeFORMS come in 4 sizes, 100, 150, 200, 250 Series block
- Suitable for all residential applications not requiring a fire rating
- A sacrificial hollow foam block in the 150, 200, 250 Series that is core filled with concrete (32mpa, 10mm, 180mm slump)
- The 100mm Series is a single block assembled in a stretcher bond pattern then laminated in plasterboard or reinforced acrylic render and white set for internal non loadbearing internal walls and partitioning
- Positive female and male interconnect to eliminate sideways slippage during concrete pour
- A patented locking mechanism allows the blocks to lock together in increment of 50mm
- A patented Dove tail groove for render and plasterboard support
- Manufactured to fully engineered and quality assured tolerances
- Fully complies with AS 1366, AS3600, AS3610, AS3700 Standards
Our ZEGO Fire Rated Walls (FireFORM) Building System is available in 60mm and 100mm thicknesses
- Suitable for residential applications requiring a fire rating
- Suitable for commercial applications (party walls, boundary walls, multi-story developments)
- Two foam panels connected with 6 plastic interconnects
- The 6 interconnects per form lock the panels horizontally and vertically
- Forms are assembled on the set out marks
- Designed for precise reinforcement placement and concrete cover as per AS 3600 part 5.7.4
- Full certification as per AS 3600 for structural and fire rating
- Fully encapsulated concrete

Our ZEGO Reusable Form (ReFORM) System is a recycled plastic, reusable formwork solution which does not require the foam insulation
- Interlockable with the ZEGO Fire FORM and Domestic System
- Class 4 concrete finish
- The 6 interconnects per form lock the panels horizontally and vertically
- FRL’s to AS3600 compliance
- Multiple reuses of formwork
- Can be used one side or both sides (ReFORM is fully inter-lockable with FireFORM)

Our ZEGO Polystyrene Wall Cladding (Z-Board) is an external insulated Facade System cladding system which comes in your choice of 60mm or 100mm foam panels
- Suitable for lightweight and non-structural additions, alterations or renovation facades
- Fixed vertically at 300mm or horizontally at 600mm centres
- Self-supporting and interlocking
- Fixed to timber or steel frame with only 9 fixings per square metre
- No adhesives or battening required
- Thermally insulated and is a reflective barrier to sound absorption
- Can be finished with render, face brick, stone facing or weatherboard.
