Go to your Local Council's web site and type in thier search box "Construction Certificate CC"

Obtain your local council's submission requirements

Large projects usually follow;

1. Lodge the Development Application DA
2. Once approved,  you will be issued with your Construction Certificat CC, the CC may be issued by council or accredited certifier. The CC is confirmation that the building project complies with the DA consent, BCA and legislation. A CC will only be issued when the nominated licenced builder has lodged and paid for Home Warranty Insurance
